Our Situation

So a good friend of mine recommended I jump into the blog world to shed some light on an issue. I recently created a fanpage on Facebook to start building support for our cause. This is a post from that page:

In early 2010, My wife Jennifer was hospitalized for multiple pulmonery embolisms (bloodclots in the lungs) and diagnosed with adrenal failure. She spent over 70 days in the hospital away from home. This made it extremely difficult for me to work as it still does today. Her condition has driven me to become a stay at home dad and full time caregiver. Usually for adrenal gland failure and blood clots, steroids and blood thinners take care of this. Unfortunately for her, this has worked mediocre at best. She has been left with a substandard quality of life, with cronic pain, swelling, unexplained rashes, and itching. As you may have guessed, this effects her ability to function.  I know miracles happen every day and obsessively hope for her to gain relief and have a somewhat normal life.
As we all know, in order to sustain a household and home, income is essential. I have tried every work at home "business opportunity" that I thought would generate some income. To no avail. Having been a hardwood flooring contractor and home renovater, these jobs are few and far between and require alot of hours away from home. We have borrowed heavily from her parents just to keep the lights on. Needless to say, foreclosure is coming.
So I feel that the only thing that we have not tried is to ask the world for help. This is the most difficult task for me. Yet, that is what I  am doing now, PLEASE HELP US SAVE OUR HOME, WORLD. Our children love this place, friends and neighbors. Anything will help. If you are not able, please pass this along to as many as possible that may be able. As I continue to search for a job or career that I may do from home, I hope and pray for my wife's well being.
   Thank you for your support,
    Russ Goetting
