Back To The Hospital

                                                                                    Sat. 2/19/11

   So Jennifer wakes up today feeling sick to her stomach and can't keep her meds down. Several trips to the bathroom later getting sick, we call her physician. He tells her that since she has Addison's Disease, we need to take her into the ER. She has been battling a cold and just started  some antibiotics for what seems to be bronchitis. Now she's in the ER waiting for her CT scan results. Me and the kids are waiting for the green light to bring her home....

   Man I am horrible at this. So Jen made it home a couple of days later. She was ok for a little bit. Then back to the roller coaster of feeling crappy, dealing with meds, interrupted sleep, etc. We had a couple of "good" days between then and now, where she felt up to going grocery shopping. We also had fun with the girls taking them to get their ears pierced. They begged and begged, so we conceded and let them do it.
       So fast forward to today, 5:30 AM and back to the hospital. Jennifer can't stop vomiting and is getting more disoriented. We are not sure if the nasty bug that just went through our house had anything to do with it. Her heart rate is all over the place and we're not going to gamble and ignore it. So again we sit and wait....
       I also want to thank all of those that have helped us along the way. The kids want to help by painting art for our cause, I told them that I would ask if anyone wanted a painting. I'll post some of their "pieces" that they are willing to let go of. So, anyone want a painting?

      Jen is still in the hospital. Had some heart complications and has been going through a switch of her meds. The brunt of her stay has been for monitoring. She may be able to come home by Wed or Thurs. of this week.
